Refund policy
For reasons of hygiene, MM Glassworks does not accept returns of any kind. However, MM Glassworks proudly stands behind the quality of its products. Please notify us within 7 days of receipt if any pieces are damaged in transit, or items are incorrect and we will gladly credit you. All returns must receive a RMA number from your account manager, any products returned with out the RMA number risk not being processed or refunded. Please note, all custom anodized jewelry will be considered a final sale and can not be returned or exchanged. If there is any defect caused by manufacturing, please contact MM Glassworks at any time, and we will gladly replace your item once we receive the original broken item back.
