When compared to regular glass, borosilicate is safe for initial piercing, resistant to chemicals, scratch- resistant, less susceptible to fractures, resistant to thermal shock, and not poured into molds. All our glass jewelry is handcrafted in St. Louis, Missouri.

Care Instructions
MM Glassworks strictly uses borosilicate glass that is hand made in the USA. Borosilicate Glass is scratch resistant but still fragile and should be treated as such. All glass is guaranteed to arrive scratch and breakage free. We will package each order in a foam insulated box free of charge. Borosilicate glass is autoclavable. Do not use harsh chemicals on any jewelry. Do not wear in the shower or while swimming. Wash with antibacterial soap, but take caution while removing; glass will break if dropped on tile or cement.
This is probably my third order. Always beautiful and great quality. Could use some extra o-rings or maybe an option to buy some but other than that no complaints ♡

Made my ears itch- I sterilized before putting in my ears. I only wear glass jewelry so I'm disappointed that this glass did not work for me.
