When compared to regular glass, borosilicate is safe for initial piercing, resistant to chemicals, scratch- resistant, less susceptible to fractures, resistant to thermal shock, and not poured into molds. All our glass jewelry is handcrafted in St. Louis, Missouri.

Care Instructions
MM Glassworks strictly uses borosilicate glass that is hand made in the USA. Borosilicate Glass is scratch resistant but still fragile and should be treated as such. All glass is guaranteed to arrive scratch and breakage free. We will package each order in a foam insulated box free of charge. Borosilicate glass is autoclavable. Do not use harsh chemicals on any jewelry. Do not wear in the shower or while swimming. Wash with antibacterial soap, but take caution while removing; glass will break if dropped on tile or cement.

Despite the review of this specific pair I want to start off with the fact that I love all of my other purchases from this shop and will purchase from here again. This specific pair, though well made.. had turned out to have a very different color than expected. I do not find it true to the photos and also feel it is not flattering against the skin. I expected something more pastel and opaque but not completely opaque of course. Deeply cloudy beautiful mint color was the hope. Nonetheless, I love the quality, the shops options, the shipping, and the customer service is very quick and informational.
I absolutely love these tunnels! they seem pretty high quality and are very symmetrical. the flares are flush and not super huge like all my other glass tunnels! the price is great right now so I think I'm gonna get more while they're on sale!

shipping was expeditious and the items are incredibly well made. they slipped right in, and are incredibly comfortable. the wearable area is just long enough to have room for the O-ring, but short enough where I can turn my head fully and the eyelet doesnt smooth into my neck lol. this is my 2nd purchase from this studio, and DEFINITELY not my last :p

The plugs are very cute I love the color, they darken when wearing them but that’s expected their glass but the color actually shows very well, they definitely fit as measured. Kind of want to get the next size up. They took awhile to arrive but were in the delivery date.
